Mine Borehole Fixed-Point Sampling Device meets the requirement for achieving rapid fixed-point sampling during coal seam drilling and sampling processes. This instrument utilizes jet technology and multi-stage ejection technology, allowing sampling without withdrawing the drill rod. It enables rapid fixed-point sampling at any point within 100m or a larger range in the coal seam within 5 minutes, complying with the GB/T23250 "Direct Determination Method of Coal Seam Gas Content Underground" requirement of "sampling time less than 5 minutes and fixed-point sampling."

Pre-use Confirmation for Mine Borehole Fixed-Point Sampling Device:
1) Check whether the sealing rings of each drill rod are intact;
2) Check the interior of the sampling device, i.e., the drill bit, drill rod, and tail辫, for any residual coal debris. If there is residual coal debris, be sure to clean it thoroughly with compressed air;
3) Focus on checking whether the jet holes of the ejector inside the drill bit are clear;
4) Use a drilling machine compatible with the drill rod (φ73).

5) Ensure the compressed air at the sampling site is at least >0.4 Working Principle
During normal drilling, the principle is the same as that currently used in mines, i.e., both the inner pipe of the double-wall drill rod and the annular space intake air for slag discharge. During sampling, the reverse circulation drilling principle is adopted, where compressed air enters through the annular space of the double-wall drill rod and blows the coal sample cut by the cyclone jet sampling drill bit out through the inner pipe of the double-wall drill rod under positive pressure, achieving rapid sampling. The transport speed of the coal sample in the inner pipe can reach 15m/s.
